Tours in the UAE

In just a few decades, the United Arab Emirates has transformed from a vast desert of fishing villages into an oasis of glittering skyscrapers, man-made islands, luxury shopping malls and supercars at every turn. The country is developing at such a rate that even if you come here every year, the UAE will be something to surprise you.

Tourists come to the Emirates all year round, because it is a country of eternal summer. Although it is worth noting that during the winter months the air temperature drops to +20-21 º C during the day and +15 º C at night, and the water – up to +19 º C. The winds are often blowing. But in the summer the weather is really hot – +30 º C at night and +40-45 º C during the day, and the water can get as warm as +30-35 º C. Therefore the most suitable time for a trip to the UAE is March-April or October-November.

There are charter programs from Kiev and Odessa.

What to do

Tourists often come to the UAE to soak up the chic beaches with crystal clear water. There are beaches with chic infrastructure and excellent service, as well as minimalist places to relax. For instance, Al Mamzar beach (Dubai) has a park, picnic areas, sports and children’s playgrounds. This beach is more suitable for families with children. But the young people will prefer the public beach Jumeirah Open Beach – it’s probably the most democratic. There are also municipal beaches, where local residents relax. Of the peculiarities: on some beaches in the UAE men are not allowed on certain days of the week.

If we talk about sightseeing, there are not many historical sites in the UAE. Most are concentrated in Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. More often tourists come to the country to admire the modern architecture and incredible mosques.

The list of attractions is almost endless: jeep safaris in the desert, visiting theme parks (IMG Worlds and Warner Bros. World in Dubai), helicopter rides, shopping in gold markets and shopping malls, recreation in amusement parks, including Ferrari World, visiting water parks and much more.

New Year in the UAE is celebrated in grand style, especially in Dubai. You can book a table in a restaurant with a gorgeous view of the Persian Gulf, join a party in one of the popular nightclubs in the city or celebrate the holiday at the hotel, where they arrange a gala dinner with a show program.

February 14 and March 8 can also be celebrated in the UAE. At this time you can open the beach season or bask in the SPA-complexes, go shopping or organize a rich entertainment program.

If we talk about local holidays and festivals, in January there is the traditional Dubai Trade Festival with various shows and sales. In February is the Gastronomy Festival. In March the UAE hosts the Horse Racing World Cup, in April – Camel Festival (races, auction and camel beauty contest), in late fall – Formula 1 competition and Desert Rhythm Festival. December 2 – National Day – parades, air shows and concerts and fireworks.

If you like to plan your trip in advance, be sure to look out for early booking tours. The conditions may be very different, for example, “Tez Tour” will ask to pay 25% of the cost of the tour at once, the remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before departure. The amount may also be divided into three payments: 25% – immediately, 25% – at the end of the action, and 50% – no later than 10 days before departure. “Tui” asks to pay 30% of the cost at once and the remainder 14 days before departure.
